Your Weekly Job Tip – Go Beyond Monster
This week’s job tip is about broadening your searching to be more than just looking at Monster every daily. It’s surprising but a lot of people they rely on Monster (or Careerbuilder) to find their next job for them. Regrettably, in today’s job market that’s just not enough. In order to find all of the opportunities out there, you’re going to need to dig deeper and work a bit harder. Sooner or later, it seems like almost all jobs end up in the world wide web (somewhere). The trouble is where to look to find them.
The big search engines (like Careerbuilder) are great resources that offer tons of information – almost all of it for free. However, many jobs don’t end up there. Why? Well, foremost, employers must pay to place positions on these sites. If they have 50 openings, it may not be reasonable to put all 50 on Monster.com. Rather they could pay to post just a few of the critical or high-profile positions on a big search engine. The remaining positions they may post at a regional/local or less expensive search engine. This is more true for a smaller sized company without the resources to post and finance all of their openings. All the jobs would be available (needless to say) on the companies own webpage since that is free.
Yet another issue is that there’s little or no risk (or cost) for an applicant to apply for open positions. They may (or may not) have the required experience or credentials for the work. Many employers experience a literal flood of resumes which are nearly impossible to sort through to find the really qualified applicants. This also hinders employers for posting on big search engines. Again, this can be even more true for smaller employers (where a lot of the jobs are found).
Test this sometime. Pick a big and small employer in your town and locate their Career web pages. Note the quantity of jobs then try and find all these jobs on Monster or Careerbuilder. When we gave it a try we discovered that merely a percentage were posted. If we were looking for that precise opening, we would have been out of luck.
So remember – Monster.com is a superb site with plenty of jobs and data, but be sure you look past it and branch out into other areas to find your next job. Try other search engines, check out your newspaper, and go to the employer’s own web site to uncover all the jobs. Best of luck!

Mlm business opportunities: how to tell the good from the bad and find the best mlm company
Multi level marketing also referred to as mlm is hitting the Internet hard but with so many showing up how do you know the right ones to invest in.
These kind of opportunities are coming and going all of the time but not all of them do so well, in fact the majority fall short and only run a couple of years at the most.
What I refer to as the traditional mlms and networking businesses are solid. These are the ones worked off line way before the Internet came along. These were so powerful with personal recommendation and working hard was always advertised up front.
What you tend to find happening now is the Internet has created the lazy marketers, full of hopes and promise which nobody can deliver. Mlm, once a serious business has been slightly crippled by fast start scams and below par contenders.
Online mlm business opportunities are starting up almost daily with anybody now being able to get their hands on the down line and commission pay out codes needed to track and pay. Because this is so easily available, people are not using it on a solid product and this is the problem.
You would assume that the workings to a successful mlm business opportunity would come from the pay plan, but this is so far from the truth. The real success from these kinds of platforms, come from the product. If the product is the best in its field, unique, has longevity, is priced accordingly, then this will be the real success factor.
Obviously money is important, so the pay plan needs to reward accordingly to also make this work.
So just how does the lazy marketer come in to this? People want everything for nothing, it is human nature to desire and to do little to get. So many marketers are offering this through mlm programs with many promises like, simple push button system, earn money over night on auto, this kind of thing.
The true system to success is built on hard work which is done by many working together. A leading mlm opportunity will have an extremely powerful product at a reasonable cost. The better companies also tend to be honest up front about the hard dedicated work which lies ahead of them.
This is only the beginning of the in and out platforms with little or no product. It is a shame because as they start up and die out so quickly they continue to duplicate the lazy marketer system which causes harm.
So to make sure you avoid being the lazy marketer make sure you are with the right group. First look at the product and make sure that is right, then check out the past on the company, then check the price point is reasonable for many, finally look at the pay plan, but if all else is correct this will be rewarding anyway.

There Are Many Reasons To Give Flowers
There are many reasons that one may give or send flowers. They may express friendship or sympathy, or symbolize love. Whatever the reason, for the most part, they are uplifting and bring on a smile.
There may be no other reason than simply thinking of someone to send them. Sometimes, they are sent unanimously, however, the recipient usually can figure out from whom they came. A single rose may be given as a simple of unrequited love. Yellow roses generally are sent in friendship.

Blogging can make you some money if you work at it, refrain from juvenile rants and raves and most of all, focus on your readers rather on the profit.
